The 75-square-meter apartment includes a combined kitchen/living room, a bathroom/sauna, a separate toilet, and upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a toilet. Additionally, there is a balcony accessible from either the living room or the bathroom. The balcony features an outdoor hot tub available for an additional fee, and guests are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the usage instructions.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. There are child safety gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a skylight that can be darkened with an electric blackout blind if needed.

Final cleaning is included in the price, and linens (sheets and towels) are provided for the number of guests specified. The hot tub can be ordered for an additional fee.
