The Space:
Nestled within the unique Marbella Condominium complex, this condo is a blend of modernity and rustic charm. The unit has been recently updated and features traditional Mexican decor, beautiful wood furnishings, thoughtful extras, and a tranquil vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The property and condo area are family-friendly, with a shallow pool in the communal area and available extras for rent, such as a travel crib and high chair.

Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up to the private patio with a dining table for meals al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home and with an indoor dining table and breakfast bar for sit-down meals.

There are two comfy bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom features two double beds. Both rooms come with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. A shared bathroom caters to the needs of all guests.

Beyond the interiors, the condominium showcases incredible tropical vegetation, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Two swimming pools, one for children and another for adults, beckon for a refreshing dip. With 24-hour security and private parking, you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure environment.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Here, you'll be right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? Just a 15-minute walk away, or even quicker if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel right across the street!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km | 3.5 mi from the Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
-If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita and can safely store their luggage. The minimum consumption required is just a meal. Let us know if you would like this option.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request for an extra fee. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent, for an extra fee, upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
