The lawn hadn’t been mowed in weeks, however a truck with a lawnmower on the back parked in the driveway for over an hour, but never got out and mowed. The coffee table was dirty, which took a second to clean up myself and it’s June and there were Christmas decorations still throughout the home. It was relatively clean and definitely a value oriented rental.
