Just 100 meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the lively promenade, you can enjoy shopping, events, and dining right in the neighborhood—yet still find absolute tranquility in your own private retreat.
A beautifully furnished and fully equipped penthouse awaits you, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the rooms with light, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in a beautiful setting. Highlights include the sauna and the huge rooftop terrace facing east-south-west. Furnished with outdoor furniture, it’s guaranteed to be your favorite spot—from breakfast in the morning sun to a sundowner in the evening.
The combined living and dining area, with a beautiful view of the rooftop terrace, is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed (140x195 cm), a TV and radio, as well as a dining area that seats up to 6 people. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and well-stocked to cater to anyone who enjoys cooking together.
The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200 cm) and additional TVs. Blackout pleated blinds and drapes ensure the bedrooms are completely darkened, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. Spacious closets with ample storage space are located in the bedrooms.
The bathrooms, which have windows, feature a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. A private sauna provides cozy warmth on cool days.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. A washer-dryer is located in the apartment’s storage room. Your beloved dog is very welcome!
The apartment comes with a designated underground parking space (entry height 2.15 m). The building, of course, has an elevator and a bicycle storage room.
