House was very clean and so close to one of the two community pools (both were walking distance, the larger pool only a 3 minute walk and the more kid friendly pool was only about a 7 minute walk). The kitchen was well stocked too, lots of gadgets/utensils. Beds were all comfortable with the exception of the bunk room, the beds were very squeaky. I think that's more the type of bed, maybe 2 twins would be a better set up? Just a suggestion! :) We had an issue with the washer during our stay and the management/owner actually bought a new one and had it delivered during our stay so we could still do laundry! What could have been a hiccup in our trip (not being able to do laundry for a week for 10 people) was actually remedied super fast and we were very impressed! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Chateau K Sea was perfect for our group of two families with four adults and five kids. There was room for everyone, with space to spread out. Games were provided for some family fun, as well as a cool pac-man arcade game in the bunk room that the kids got a kick out of. We loved the outdoor accommodations as well, especially having two screened-in options for bug-free evening enjoyment. The provided beach accessories were totally awesome and a HUGE perk of the property - there were umbrellas, beach chairs, beach shades, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and games - even a large wheeled wagon to pull it all in!! You name it, he had it! Add in the golf cart for convenience to get to and from the beach and it can’t really get any better! The property grounds have two community pools and while we discovered one was unexpectedly closed for maintenance when we got there, Jonathan called me immediately upon seeing my message to chat about what he had heard about why and what the management company was saying might be the ETA for re-opening. I very much appreciated the prompt response. The Fort Morgan area the home is located in is also perfect - the beach is nice and quiet. Not too overcrowded or noisy, yet not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the main Gulf Shores center hub. It was a quick 20 minute drive over to the pier. Overall, I highly recommend this well-cared for property for anyone looking to stay in the gulf shores area!

If you are looking for a beach house for your family vacation then this is the one! It is, without a doubt, the best supplied beach house I have seen in my life. Fishing gear, wagons, beach toys, you name it and it is provided here. The golf cart makes getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. What stands out most of all is the attention to detail; the little things were all done to a perfect standard. It became clear to our family that this is our go to spot going forward and I cannot recommend it enough for yours!
