On the first floor, the front door and apartment door lead into a small entryway with a shoe cabinet and coat rack. An easily accessible staircase with a handrail leads to the first floor.
The light-filled upper floor features an open and well-equipped kitchen that opens directly onto a comfortable living and dining area:
A cozy sofa with an armchair, a TV, and a seamless transition to the inviting dining area in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.
A balcony door leads from the living room to the furnished, spacious south-facing balcony, which seats four people.
Bedroom 1: Single bed, built-in closet, and window. This bed is a pull-out bed. Upon request, a fourth person—ideally a child—can sleep here on a second level in front of the bed.
