Our vacation rental is located in Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome and offers easy access to Shinjuku Station and Tochomae Station. While the surrounding area has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, restaurants and supermarkets are right nearby, making it the perfect location for short-term stays and sightseeing in Tokyo. We hope you’ll choose to stay with us.
Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk, and a work chair, the unit features one double bed and one fold-out bed, making it ideal for families (up to 3 guests).

Really enjoyed my stay here. This spot is a small 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area that is just rented out as a vacation rental, so I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s home using their personal things. I was here for the Tokyo Marathon, so I appreciated how quiet the area was. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the busting city, this might not be your jam, but it was perfect for what I needed in this particular stay. I would stay here again for sure.
