- There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Please note that this home is located in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood where quiet hours are strictly observed. It’s ideal for restful stays rather than gatherings or parties. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after curfew, and to limit occupancy to registered guests only. For this reason, hot tub use and outdoor activities are also restricted from 9 PM to 8 AM.
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

The property is cute, cozy and clean. It is exactly as advertised and has all of the amenities. The beach is less than 100 steps away where you can watch early morning surfers catch some waves. Communicating with the host was easy and they are quick to respond. My family had a great stay!

This was a wonderful home to stay in! Beautiful neighborhood and great location. So close to the ocean and nearby restaurants and cafes. Loved the hot tub and giant couch! The hosts were very communicative and kind. This home does need a little love. Biggest challenges were a lack of storage space for our things, no blinds on the back door in the primary bedroom (privacy!) and the living room tv was basically nonfunctional.

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and truly made for a “perfect” vacation. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal—within easy walking distance to the coast and nearby spots—yet tucked into a quiet, laid-back neighborhood that made it easy to relax. We especially appreciated the extra space and how seamless everything felt from the moment we arrived. Having access to laundry was a huge bonus and made packing and daily life so much easier. Every detail felt intentional, and it allowed us to fully enjoy our time together as a family. We would absolutely stay here again.
