"L'Hermitage du Rhone" is an air-conditioned bungalow with private swimming pool, equipped summer kitchen, petanque games, and fenced with an exceptional view of the Rhône Valley.
You are in the middle of nature, not overlooked, to enjoy the swimming pool and its deckchairs, the summer kitchen with plancha, dishwasher and washing machine.
Ideal location 15 minutes from the A7 motorway and 7 minutes from all shops, located between Valence and Montélimar overlooking the Rhône Valley with a view of the Rhone.
High speed wifi.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms with in one a bed in width 140 and in the other two beds in width 80, which can be joined together to make a single bed in width 160. In case of heat, fans are available.
The kitchen, dining room has a table with chairs and a sofa as well as a smart TV (possible to watch Netflix or Prime with your own codes.)
You have a fridge with separate freezer, a 4-burner gas hob, a Nespresso coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave oven and of course all the necessary crockery.
Indoor and outdoor wifi is high-speed thanks to the Starlink network.
The swimming pool is heated by a solar tarpaulin from April to October, with a surface area of 10m2 and a depth of 1.60m.la swimming pool has exclusively reserved for you
