The room was spacious although was a converted top floor, eaves room, with slopying ceilings. The ropom was full of beds and actually not that much space, especially if you are tall
it is a fantastic location for accessing richmond and all its glories
there was no breakfast provided. I asked on friday evening whether there was breakfast on saturday and was told that i was too late to request breakfast, and given names of local cafes
there was no welcome from the "B&B" owner - just her daughter, who was polite but didn;t encourage any conversation
the accommodation was a top-floor bedroom, with no other space. This is an Air BnB NOT a B&B
