A lovely home convenient to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood out of the fray. The owner, Paula is a superb hostess! Great communication and excellent attention to detail, with two vases of fresh flowers and real milk for our coffee in the fridge. Wonderfully comfortable beds and bedding - my room was like a tomb and made for great sleep. Probably the best shower pressure I've encountered on my trip. Even though she was away when we arrived, she arranged for someone to acquaint us with little details of our stay - very helpful! While I was there, I arranged for a delivery that was delayed beyond my stay. Paula went out of her way to be accommodating so I can pick up my package at a later date. She sets the standard for hospitality.

I loved this lodging. There is no kitchen and some might find this challenging; however, there is a small coffee and tea setup with a little fridge. The house requires a bit of a walk to stores, restaurants, etc. since it is in a neighborhood. This is also a plus because it's quiet!

It was an extraordinary stay,starting from the very helpfull recommendations from Paula what to visit in Edinburgh,untill the last day when we were allowed to keep our luggages in ap untill late afternoon.We enjoyed this villa and felt like real Scotish inside! Villa is situated in really nice area,and 7 min walking to the Murayf.stadium. Also,bus station is only few minutes walking. Thank you for amazing stay and thank you for hospitality,we enjoyed your beautiful Edinburgh!

Host met us and oriented us to the property which was lovely. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood yet accessible to the city bus and tram. Paula tidied up for us once during our stay which was unexpected but lovely. Paula is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this booking.

There wasn't a clear indication on the property description in Booking.com that there wasn't a kitchen which was the only slightly disappointing part. Had several other adults review the description to make sure it wasn't something I'd overlooked. However, Paula has done a fabulous job setting up a table with tea/coffee, plates/utensils, toaster, cutting board and minifridge. This allowed us to at least have a light breakfast at the rental.

This is a stunning apartment, with lovely big rooms and beds. It was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like electric blankets and tea cakes! The location was absolutely perfect for Murrayfield stadium, and we enjoyed having the nice pub and cafes close by. Paula was very helpful and flexible with the check in and out. Really nice to have a bath too, not just a shower.
