The room itself is a 6.5. Balcony has a slightly obstructed sea view but still beautiful. Sunbeds at one of the venues on the adjacent beach are free courtesy of the owner. Owner was very kind and helped with a few things hence I give this place a 10! Proximity to the beach was also a big plus. Location is convenient, walkable from Saranda ferry port.
Wifi signal is unstable. Aircon is weak- there's only one in the bedroom. The bathroom lacks hooks and shelves, and there is no shower curtain. Bedroom missing night / desk lamps. Lots of useless furniture that are poorly placed in the unit. No microwave or pan but there is a stove and pot. No laundry machine. Address on booking.com is wrong so check with owner beforehand to confirm location. Not sure if car parking is possible here.

The stay at this apartment was wonderful! Not only was it very clean and spacious, but the bed and couch were super comfortable as well. Wifi worked great. The host was also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
