Tresette Porta Capuana

Located about 10min walk from the centre of Napoli and also the main train&bus station, the app is well placed. The building itself does give some weird vibes, the street in front is not the cleanest, but the appartment itself is renovated, modern and really nice. Be aware of the 3rd floor climb, no elevator. The room is nicely decoraded, with a fridge and a cosy bed, big bathroom. The small balcony gives you a glimpse of the Napoli street life but most important, the windows close very well and surpress the noise from the street. You can find a great pasticheria/cafe just across for a morning coffee. The staff was nice and attentive, he offered us restaurant recommendations and we could leave the bags for a couple of hours on the departure day.

The overall cleaniness of the apartment was lacking. There was body hair everywhere (on the freshly set bed, bathroom floor, etc...), lots of dust on all the edges (and I am not a picky person in general). It felt like someone forgot to mop the floor too. Too bad because the app is nice and cosy. The walls within the establishment are really thin and you can hear the noise, music, voices from the other appartments and the hallway.

Very cozy and new condition.

I had a large luggage, but the very nice property manager carried it all the way up for me. He was very attentive.

The room was beautifull and clean, even with the traffic outside its really quiet and comfortable. the host was very nice and helpfull. We will definetely be coming back.

There are 3 flights of stairs you have to cimbal that are pretty steep. Nothing the hosť can do about it. Most of historic buildings are this way. I just think the guests should know. There is no elevator.

Ще насмішила табличка «This is a gift for you”, але на столі нічого не було 😅
