The property is very well located. They have a private parking. The apartment is nice clean and beautiful. The WiFi works correctly. Very close to Larcomar and the Costa Verde.

I am a booking client for many years and never happened to me what happens with this reservation. The only thing I did not like is the way I was treated by the manager. The receptionist was very kind but the manager who I never saw (only by WhatsApp) charged me 100 soles extra because my third daughter of 6 years was not in the reservation. The booking did not allow me to put 5 people so I put only 4. In their booking police they do not charge for kids. So the price with kids and without kids is the same. However, the manager asked me to pay 100 soles for two days for my child to be with us. I considered this an abuse showing that they are more interested in money than in their clients. Because they are not offering any extra bed or breakfast to support the request of extra money. For 100 soles more (30 usd) I could find many more and better options in the area. However, I paid the requested money even when they never showed me where in their policy this is statement, they also did not give me any receipt of my payment either the booked one or the extra payment. In the booking platform policy doesn’t exist such as extra payment for children (children are free to stay) So for you to take in consideration while booking, you may be asked to pay more money after your check in. Next time, I will choose other apartments available that are also good for a family of 5 people. In resume, they gain 100 soles more but lost a client forever.
