The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet since the bedroom windows were on the private courtyard side!
The washer/dryer combo took forever to do a load of laundry, but being able to wash our clothes was still a big plus since we were there for 5 nights!

The London book was helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed provided.
The communication on the last day was not good. I asked a couple questions and the answer given was not helpful at all. We requested late checkout and then the messaging just quit working.
I was disappointed with the location because I paid a premium to get a place close to the tube station just to find out that tube station close only works on the weekends. The combination of tube and overground buses was much more difficult to navigate.

They have tried to furnish it well with contemporary furniture . The design isn’t bad .
It was not clean , smelled bad - there was hair on the sheets and spiders in the bathroom and bed room . Towels were poor quality with hair and stains on them. They did send a cleaner who changed the sheets for us but overall it’s just not worth the price they are charging .
