On a positive note, I chose this place because it was very close to the hotel I previously stayed at. The location was excellent, extremely clean, and provided with detailed information. Everything inside was really wonderful.
Feedback regarding my recent stay: The place was very difficult to find initially when I tried to visit a day earlier. Luckily, the detailed directions provided the day before made things much easier from then on.
One issue I noticed was that there were no bath towels provided. There were only four or five small hand towels, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was really nice and pretty central to everything in Gangnam. The room was small, as expected of an officetel, but it was just spacious enough for me and I'm a pretty big individual. Sheets, pillows, towels, and even toiletries are given by the host, which adds another personal touch. I stayed at another officetel after this stay and towels were not given, which made me appreciate this space even more. Air condition works well and the bed was super comfortable, as well as the sheets provided. I take cold showers so I cannot speak of hot water or anything.
The complex in which the officetel was located felt.. a little sketchy but I never felt like I was in danger or in a weird area. That's the only thing I had against this property and it's not even a big deal.
