Location was good was in walking distance of some attractions and plenty of transport links close by.
The main entrance doors to the building could do with a bit of work to make them quieter as being in the room next to the entrance was quite noisy.

Location was great and it has plenty of room. Good light on one side (the other side has no windows).
Towels provided were hand towels. Not so good after a shower. Some noise from above around 11pm.

Great location close to a few things
Dropping the keys off as the shop we picked them up from was closed we also got given the wrong room key

Great location for O2 Kentish Town Forum. Easy to find and get keys. Shower was powerful and hot.
Lacking some basics- no hand soap or washing up liquid available. The wooden flooring in the lounge was lifting in one section, caused me to really hurt my foot.
