Everything was great; clean, comfortable and a good location. Easy to communicate with owner/management company via WhatsApp. Tiago always replied in a timely and helpful manner. I highly recommend this place.

The property is very clean and beautifully decorated, just as seen in the photos. It is located in a great area that’s within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, public transportation and various sites. There’s even the convenience of having a laundromat that’s literally a two-minute walk from the apartment. To top it off, Tiago is such an attentive host who will respond quickly to any questions or needs. We had such an amazing stay in Porto and I highly recommend Tiago’s property!

Un poco pequeño para convivir 4 personas. Al ser un ático te despiertan las gaviotas que se apoyan encima por la noche

Location was good, central and easy walk to many of the areas we wanted to visit (10-20 min walk). Building is nice. Unit was very clean and tidy. Had everything we might need (although we weren't there much!). Comfortable and cute. One tip - we arrived very early and were able to store our bags about a block away with Bounce. The owner was kind enough to give us an earlier check-in, but leaving our bags was still a great convenience so we could make the most of our first day in town.
The only drawback (and it was minor) was that the towels weren't great. But there were plenty of them and it wasn't really an issue. It would simply make the stay much nicer if the linens were just a step up. We also weren't sure where to put the garbage but figured out there was a station up the street. We assumed the building would have a drop-off.

"L’appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé, même si il n’y a de machine à laver il y a une laverie juste à côté dans la rue.
Très bon emplacement avec 2 métro à proximité."
