The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of space for two people and a dog. The kitchen was by far the best-stocked we've seen in a VRBO—it had everything we needed and more.The location was excellent. It's an easy walk to downtown Winter Park, across the street from Hernando's Pizza, and only steps from the Fraser River Trail for walks. The only downside is that the condo doesn't have a view, and the back deck offers very little privacy. Even so, the great location, well-equipped kitchen, and overall value made this a place we'd happily stay again.I took one star off for check-in because I thought it was odd to charge 25 per hour for early check-in when the condo wasn't occupied. That said, the check-in process itself was very easy—the door code worked perfectly, coming and going was simple, and having access to the garage was great as it let us keep things in the car overnight.

What a great place! This is a very clean, comfortable and spacious condo. It is very nicely furnished with a well-appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable with hotel quality linens and the bedroom set-up worked out great for our girl's trip. There was plenty of storage for our ski gear in the 1-stall garage and the hot tub felt fantastic after a day on the slopes. The location is really top-notch. We were literally steps away from downtown Winter Park and appreciated being able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Excellent!!!

I was very pleased with everything this condo had to offer. I loved the layout. It provided a very cozy comfortable place to call home for the 4 days we visited Winter Park. The location was perfect! It is with in walking distance to multiple restaurants and other shops, and only a few minutes drive to the ski area.

Amazing place to stay for going skiing at Winter Park! Very clean, awesome fireplace, and great hot tub! Kitchen was fully equipped for making meals. Lift stop just a short walk away! Garage fit our large Sequoia too! We'll definitely be back!
