The house is located in the Bourdaines district in front of the Natureo campsite where you will find a mini-market, a bar restaurant and playgrounds (city stadium, volleyball court, ....)
The Seignosse le penon skatepark and the aquapark are located 6 minutes away by car, 8 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.
The Seignosse golf course is two kilometres from the house.
Access to the beach of Bourdaines is in 12 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike
The ideal way to get around Seignosse is by bike. The village has many cycle paths that reach the village, the beaches and the lake of Hossegor.
We offer our guests to rent bikes, surfboards, paddle, skateboards ... as well as to book your surf lessons at an attractive price. No more hassle everything will be organized as soon as you arrive
The house is semi-detached and located in a residential area, We ask you to respect the neighborhood which is why parties are not allowed and it is asked not to make noise from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. For the departure please gather sheets and towels in the bathroom, empty the fridge, dishwasher, and throw away your garbage and recycling.
