Situated in the exclusive Altea Hills resort, facing south, this house is full of sun all day long.You will also enjoy the impressive views on the Altea-Benidorm Bay and the Mediterranean sea from your bed!
The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with big windows and a jacuzzi bathtub in one of them, 2 big terraces where to sunbathe, a huge solarium on the top floor overlooking the sea, a big garage on the ground floor, and a magical place outdoors where to have your meals under a pergola made of jasmine and honeysuckle, with a barbecue and all surrounded by a lemon tree, a pomegranate tree, and many other plants which will no doubt make you experience the Mediterranean 'art de vivre'.
Situated in the five star resort named Altea Hills, with the beach and an exclusive Marina just down the hill, 24-hour private security, and an exclusive golf club 3 kilometres away.
Altea is 5 kilometres from the house and Benidorm is just 15 minutes away (13 kilometres).
You can simply relax and enjoy the sun and the beach, practise all kinds of sea sports, play golf, go shopping and enjoy nightlife in Benidorm or culture in Altea....or all of it!

We had a lovely stay at Maria's villa. Even though our arrival was delayed by several hours she was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Super views over the coast and easy access to the local beaches all a short drive away. The shared pool is a real treat and was never too busy and had a life guard at peak times. Maria is very enthusiastic about her region and gave us some great ideas for day trips and local restaurants for the family. Highly recommend.

Maria and Alejandro were at the property to give us a warm welcome even though we were late arriving. The house is spacious and beautifully clean and Maria makes herself available via email/phone to provide any help or advice you may need during your stay. She knows the area well and is able to advise as to places of interest to visit. The pool area is clean and peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. A car is vital as there are no amenities directly on the doorstep but a well stocked supermarket is a short drive away as is Altea town which is beautiful and bustling with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
