Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.

Manager & the staff were most helpful and friendly. Location of the accommodation was great, central for everything.

Very good experience. They were helpful from before check-in making sure we knew the ins and outs of getting there. We were arriving in car, but they helped us find a garage and made sure we had an easy check-in.
Everybody was so friendly and the breakfast was a total homely experience.
5/5 would recommend to everyone who comes to Ortigia.
