Welcome to our newest addition - Crane on Dock! Stunning Mad Men meets Serena & Lily (mid-century modern with a coastal vibe) fully renovated charming bungalow located downtown. Front porch, full kitchen with nook, amazing dining area, living room, small screened-in porch and fenced-in yard area. This luxe pet-friendly accommodation is located 4 blocks from the award-winning Riverwalk in historic downtown. 1 King BR, 2 Queen BR, 2 BA with parking.
The space
Crane on Dock features super-comfortable memory foam beds wrapped in luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton and/or Supima bed linens. The custom–accented tile showers are stocked with bath essentials. A high-end kitchen with a unique dining nook. Restore yourself in the morning with a Kurig coffee and peacefully end your day with the invigorating aroma and flavor of fair-trade caffeine-free Harney & Sons organic tea. 65" 4K Roku smart TV in living room and smart TVs in each bedroom along with another in the screened porch. Beach chairs and supplies (sunscreen, beach towels, beach bag, cooler) are at the ready for a quick trip to one of the many local beaches for a tranquil day of sun and relaxation. Curl up with Legends of Old Wilmington & Cape Fear coffee table book in screened porch or dine alfresco on the patio. And don't forget the hundreds of amazing bars and restaurants just blocks outside the front door!

Where do I start??!! The house itself is utterly charming, a vintage dream, impeccably preserved and lovingly cared for. No detail was ignored. THREE comfortable outdoor spaces…the front porch where you can people-watch and admire the beautiful surrounding properties, the enclosed back porch, complete with cozy sectional, TV, and cooling fan, and the perfect little backyard, private and ideal for grilling and eats. The indoor spaces do not disappoint. The living room is comfortable and cozy, with a gas fireplace perfect for chilly evenings. The light-filled dining room begs for gatherings and games. Between the dining room and spacious, well-equipped kitchen is a well-stocked and gorgeous butler’s pantry and food pantry. Tucked into a corner off of the kitchen is a sweet little breakfast nook where you can thoroughly enjoy your morning cuppa. And the bedrooms…each unique and well-designed. Two bedrooms share an adorable Jack & Jill bathroom while the primary has its own en-suite with attractive glass-enclosed shower and large vanity where you can spread out all of your self-care essentials. I cannot praise this property enough. Totally walkable, in a vibrant, established neighborhood, and so well-priced!! Even though I like to experience different places when I travel, I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Wilmington, which will be soon!!P.S. My sweet pup was comfortable and happy here, too!! She loved her walks and sniffs in the neighborhood.

Perfect!! The owners were extremely courteous and responded promptly to my questions. The house is located right in downtown Wilmington. You can walk to many restaurants and cafes. The interior of the house was beautifully decorated, and provided plenty of room for my family. I would highly recommend!
