The villa Lara at the port of Moguériec a stone's throw from the beach is ideal for a holiday in Brittany, the sea view is superb at 180°, the living room is upstairs to better enjoy it, it is glazed on the sea and the countryside.
The equipment is very complete, it is rated 5 stars.
It is ideally located on the edge of the village in a small fishing port, the beach is 150 m away, you have the sea and the countryside as far as the eye can see. Nothing will stop your view, to you the sunrises on the beach of Dossen if you don't get up too late, to you the sunsets over the sea because you have the VIEW OF THE SEA On all sides at 180 °. The magnificent beach of Amiets is 5 km away the GR 34, the hiking trail will allow you to discover the beauty of the coast, you will be amazed.
In short, everything is there to make you spend a pleasant holiday.
I prepare my rentals as I would for friends, as I would like to find the house for my own vacation.

The price is all-inclusive with charges, linen, a bathrobe for everyone, the beds are made, I plan the 1st breakfast as well as the 1st necessities such as coffee, tea, chocolate, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, pasta & other odds and ends that can help out, cleaning products.
I allow pets but I charge €126 extra during the week.

We loved staying at this villa. It is bigger than the images suggest and has pretty much everything you could need. The kids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi and we all enjoyed the big open plan living space at the top of the property with fantastic views of the harbour and surrounding beaches. The area is amazing, so many different and quiet beaches and so many lovely towns and villages.
The host is great, providing lots of useful information both in the villa and in person. The place is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated with lots of lovely details and useful extras (games, books, information folders, robes, fresh flowers upon arrival, etc.). We also loved having fresh bread delivered to our door in the morning.
All in all a great place, would go again and would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a week in early May 2015. There were 7 adults, 2 small children and one small baby. We all fit in comfortably, with child-gates, cots etc provided.
The property is lovely, with four comfortable bedrooms, a really nice pool and a large, open plan living area. The kitchen has so many useful cooking utensils, and also had plenty of provisions left for us. Each morning there were deliveries of fresh bakery products. The views are fantastic.
The owner was very helpful during booking and in the run up to our arrival.
Opposite the house there is a small cafe/bar/restaurant that does tasty seafood meals in the evening. There is also a small local shop.
We would happily recommend it to others, it was such a nice place to stay.
