This historic and stately beach villa, centrally located in Bansin, looks forward to your visit.
The original wooden house, which is over 100 years old, features four rustic-style vacation apartments, three of which offer unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea (except for Apartment 03). The beach villa stands out for its exceptional location right on the beach promenade in the front row.
Access is via Bergstraße 47.
SVB DG:
A narrow staircase leads you to the small but charming apartment in the attic.
The vacation rental features a separate kitchen (2 stovetop burners, microwave with baking function) and a small bathroom with a shower. From the window in the living area, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea. After a wonderful day of vacation listening to the sound of the sea, you’ll find perfect relaxation on the two single beds. On very warm summer days, the air conditioning provides welcome relief from the heat.
Upon request, the sleeper sofas can be converted into two double beds, accommodating up to 4 people.
Unfortunately, there is no parking space available.
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
