Very nice property. House layout was efficient and gave everyone privacy, and common space for hangouts. It was a quiet area, so not for people who want to party. The backyard pool was surrounded by palm trees which made a nice view when we utilized the pool. Mostly we were at the beach (we walked to) and the infinity pool overlooking the water. clean and private beach area. shops and restaurants were all just minutes away. Host was great. He responded to messages almost immediately.

The property was exactly as described! It was so clean when we arrived and the private pool in the backyard is really nice and shaded very well with the palm trees! It is a short walk to the beach and infinity pool from the house and we definitely plan on coming back within the next 6 months we enjoyed it that much!

My family and I have been visiting Destin for over 10 years and have stayed in many different accommodations. Until now our favorite was a nearby condo. We absolutely loved everything about this home. The location, the home, the privacy, the beach, it is absolutely perfect. If you are even considering this property for your family you cannot go wrong. The communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly, and we will definitely be staying here again! Our new favorite Destin, home away from home.
