This newly renovated 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom private estate sits on 1 acre along Ole’ River and offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and unbeatable location. Enjoy your own private dock with stunning sunset views, and you’re only a 5-minute walk or quick 1-minute ride to the beach at the end of the street.
Ideal for families, boaters, and large groups, Legacy Villa comfortably sleeps up to 31 guests. Spend your days on the water, grill out and gather on the patio, unwind in the game room, or simply relax on the dock as the sun sets across the water. The dock is equipped with power and water, making it perfect for tying up boats and water toys.

Our stay was fabulous! Every amenity you could ask for the host has thought of. It was an easy walk to the beach, with plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, life jackets and a wagon. The ice machine and extra refrigerator were an added bonus. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fun addition. The AC worked great, plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers. The host was quick to respond but we really didn’t need to ask for anything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a fabulous trip and would definitely go back. Nothing but 5 Stars

We had a great time at this house! Plenty of room for a lot a people! Great communication with host. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The ice machine is a great bonus. Highly recommend this house!

Great location, thoughtful layout, and beautiful design details. Plenty of third spaces to accommodate our large group. The host made us feel welcome and communicated well from booking through our departure.
