Inside, you have an open concept plan with kitchen including stainless steel appliances, living room, and a bathroom. Large windows with tons of light. Kitchen is fully loaded with kitchen items and appliances like airfryer. 15 minutes to the airport and outlet mall, 15 minutes to south Edmonton, 3 minutes to golf course, and 5 minutes to shopping centres. There is a separate office space for working from home and an extra twin size mattress.

Nice basement suit. Clean. Great location as we were in tournament at the Beaumont Rec Centre (short 6 min drive). FYI: This is in a new neighbourhood with front driveways making street parking limited and spaces small. There is a stretch of parking by the park down the street (about 10 houses away) if you can’t find any space closer or if you drive a truck.
