Vacation Apartment 3, which is furnished to a high standard and will be completely renovated in the spring of 2025, is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of the building and offers over 49 square meters of space for up to 4 people.
Simple elegance, high-quality amenities, and a location within walking distance guarantee the perfect vacation.
Among other features, the apartment is equipped with solid oak plank flooring.
All of the oak furniture was designed by the owner and built by a cabinetmaker.
The modern living and dining area offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea:
In addition to a large, cozy corner couch—which can be converted into a sleeping area for two people in just a few simple steps—and a 43-inch 4K flat-screen TV, there is a spacious dining area with a dining table that seats up to 4 people, as well as a fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen. Equipped with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster, it offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation.
The 5-square-meter balcony, which opens off the living area, faces southwest and is sheltered from the wind—it offers more than just space for breakfast. Here, you can also relax and wind down at the end of the day.
For hot summer days, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioner.
The separate, spacious bedroom features a cozy double bed (180x200 cm) custom-built by a carpenter.There is a charging station for your cell phone.
Separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame, as well as blackout curtains, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The built-in wardrobes, fitted into the sloped ceiling, offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
There’s also space for a second 4K/43-inch fold-out TV.
In the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom, underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort. It’s even available in the large shower (90 cm x 125 cm).
Here you can choose between a rain shower or a handheld showerhead. A towel warmer, a hair dryer, a large lighted mirror, and the oak bench (for the little ones to brush their teeth) round out the bathroom.
A free parking space with no height restriction is included with the vacation rental and is located next to the house.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).
A lockable bike storage room accessible from the outside, equipped with a charging station for e-bikes, is available for your bikes.
