Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views for rent in Ajaccio, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 9th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and piano
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A south-facing balcony measuring approx. 10 x 1.60 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Saint-François beach, around 2.5 km away
- Hiking on Pointe de la Parata and the Sanguinaires Islands
- Boat trips, water sports
- Visit the Maison Bonaparte and the Musée Fesch
- Ajaccio local market (Place Campinchi)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the accommodation (one reserved, unnumbered space).

- Nearest train station: Ajaccio, 1.3 km away (about 5 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 5 km away (approx. 10 min by car)
