The house on Ly Thai To street appears with a luxurious and sophisticated beauty in a typical Nordic style. The house is fully furnished with high-class and modern furniture. From the balcony, you can admire the brilliant Lagerstroemia tree, creating a harmonious picture between nature and urban life. This is one of the most beautiful central streets in Hanoi. Within just a 5-minute walk, you can go to the most famous tourist destinations such as HoanKiem Lake, Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter,...
The house is cozy with 02 fully furnished master bedrooms, each providing a comfortable and private resting space.
The spacious living room/bedroom 3 impresses with a soft sofa bed and a modern 3D fireplace, bringing a sense of closeness and warmth to gatherings with family and friends.
The 5th floor is an ideal place for cozy parties with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, range hood, microwave, air fryer, kettle, blender, ...), where cooking and enjoying food becomes more interesting and complete.
Next to it is a laundry room with a washer dryer
All blend together to create an ideal living space, both modern and close to nature.
This is a 5 floor independent house, the space used by visitors starts from the 2nd floor and up. From the 2nd floor there is a private door with a smartlock, this is your own space.

- 3rd floor: Bedroom with King size bed (1m6x2m) / 01 WC (full bathroom) /Balcony

- 5th floor: Kitchen + 6-seat dining table / Laundry room, drying roôm
All windows are made of absolute SOUNDPROOF glass.

Note 1: Usual check-in time is 14.00 pm while check-out is not later than 12.00 am. However, EARLY check-in or LATE check-out could be offer upon avaibility.
Note 2: I hope you can help us to water the plants in the morning ( before 11 am) or afternoon (after 4 pm). The plant will be so happy.
Note 3: We have other places all located in the Hanoi old quarter, fully equipped and stylishly designed, and in Hanoi, HCMC, Tam Dao, Ho Tram, Cam Ranh. Please check my profile to find the perfect match to your search.
Note 4: We do not serve breakfast but you are more than welcome to have yourself an instant noodle, snack, tea or cofee at any time during your stay and take with you many wonderful memories in Hanoi
