Welcome to your peaceful retreat in beautiful Litchfield, SC. This top floor, fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is the perfect blend of coastal elegance and everyday comfort. Located in the desirable Avian Forest community, you will also enjoy access to the exclusive amenities of Litchfield by the Sea.
Inside, the open and airy layout is designed with relaxation in mind. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light, while tasteful coastal décor creates a welcoming, laid back vibe. There are four generously sized bedrooms each with their own TV, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or multi-generational groups. With three full bathrooms and convenient touches like an iron and ironing board, the space is both accommodating and practical.

We stayed from June 27- June 30th. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which was between two guest bedrooms. There were a couple of balconies with chairs from where you could sit and observe the area. The property was clean and well-maintained. We slept very well in the beds provided in the house. We went to the beach which was a 5 minute drive from the complex, on the first evening. The next day, we went to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk which was around 35 minutes away. We ordered pizza from the nearby area which was delicious on the first night. There is also a Food Lion grocery about 5 minutes away. We found everything we wanted at that store! On the last night, we had dinner at Masala Bistro, and Indian restaurant and the food was very good! Overall, I would certainly recommend this condo!
