All the other reviews are accurate. Amazing location and proximity to the beach, IOP restaurants and shops etc, beautifully furnished and renovations are well done. You can walk directly down the back stairs to the beach/community pool/ grill. Perfect balcony for coffee and great spot to sit and listen to the Windjammer performances - one of the reasons we booked this location. Beds are incredibly comfortable and we had adequate room for 2 adults and 5 preteen/teen kiddos. Great location for the kids to do their thing while we enjoyed the down time. What the reviews don’t mention - condo only provides the bare minimum of towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Bathrooms: Only shampoo and bar soap - no conditioner, body lotion, no tissues, only 1 wash cloth in the whole condo. Kitchen - 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod/run, and 2 dirty/stained flimsy kitchen towels - no coffee, salt/pepper or other basic provisions you might expect at the price. You will have to do laundry or use repeat use damp bath towels if you start more than a long weekend. Also - no beach towels. I’ve come to expect more from a Vrbo w a high rating, at this nightly price, and refinished to such a high standard. I shouldn’t have to stock these supplies or do laundry for a 3 night stay. Last - you can hear every footstep and conversation from the unit above you. Unfortunately for us there were 2 active toddlers in the unit above us. Simple white noise machines in the bedrooms would solve for this

This updates to the condo are beautiful! We loved the steps directly from the condo to the path to the beach. Location to the downtown area can't be beat!

Great host with a great view of the ocean and the windjammer next door! Would definitely come back!
