This large 3 bedrooms apartment is ideal for delegates (14'mins walk from the Palais des Festival) as well as for vacationers (5 mins walk to the beach).
What's nearby: The Plage du Midi district is a very pleasant tourist area in Cannes. It is located just after the old port, only a few steps away from the city center and the Palais des Festivals. There you will find public and private beaches as well as many seaside restaurants.
From this apartment you will also be able to walk to all the must-see places of Cannes: The port (280m), The old city "la Suquet" (150m), La Croisette (950m) with its magnificent private beaches, internationally renowned palaces, and luxury boutiques, rue d'Antibes (900m), undoubtedly the main shopping street of Cannes, le Palais des festival (950m) & more ...

It’s about a block and a half away from the water. There were two sets of stairs going up to the apartment. The air conditioning was great.
