Can't beat the view. Very close to owners if anything is needed. Was very warm when we arrived on a cool day.
No heaters for when it got cold during the night. Welcome message hadn't arrived with information about the stay. It would be handy if this was all on location.

very nice and comfortable lodgings. It was the coldest part of the year and I didn't need to use any heating. Beautiful views out over valley and beyond to sea. Its about 5-8 min drive off state highway 1- if you're entering Brooks road heading from north be very very careful as there is no dedicated turn off bay. If there is heavy traffic it would be safer to drive onto the next right turn with a dedicated turning bay where you can turn around and go back.
No milk for tea or coffee so make sure to pick some up before arrival
