* The Lulu pool and hot tub closes the Monday after the resort closes and re-opens the Wednesday BEFORE Memorial Day. The pool closes on October 15th and re-opens the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. It is not heated in winter. At times the HOA does close the pool and hot tub with no notice for cleaning or maintenance.
