We had a fantastic two-week stay at The Carrington Cove Lake Retreat during the spring bird migration. Being so close to Point Pelee National Park was incredibly convenient; the easy access to the park entrance allowed our group of six to head out early in the morning, return to the retreat for lunch, and easily head back out later in the day for more observations.
The accommodation itself was perfect for us. We highly appreciated the spacious, open-concept design combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with a gas stove, a large refrigerator and freezer, and plenty of counter space, all of which were put to full use during our stay. To top it all off, the outdoor patio facing the lake offered a beautiful, relaxing spot to unwind. Highly recommended for small groups and nature lovers alike!
