The only negative was that it wasn't a "sea facing view" as described, more of a room that faces the sea. Not a problem for me at all, but perhaps something to keep in mind for those who care about window views. Otherwise, 10/10 experience.

location and contact with the host
There was no information that the room has no window. The internet/mobile signal inside is very weak, the bathroom has mold, and the room is not cozy.

Neighbourhood is nice
The building is old, dirty and unsafe. The stairs to the upper floors are temporary and don’t even have a handrail. The floors all over the building are stained and disgusting. The room smelled of mold, and the floor was again disgusting.
Parking info provided by host on Booking.com is incorrect. The parking nearby costs 10 euro a night, not 6. The parking fills up quickly and the others cost 16 euro a night.
Would not recommend.
