Ideal for couples or small families, this 60 m² accommodation features one welcoming bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, offering space for up to 3 guests. With its fresh and modern design, waterfront setting, and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect choice for a quiet seaside getaway in Gran Canaria.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience. Enjoy the open, airy feel of the space, complete with a private balcony and a small terrace for enjoying the ocean breeze. The independent kitchen includes all the essentials for home cooking, such as a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, a fan, TV, radio, and hair dryer—everything you need for a worry-free stay. Better than I expected at this price point. The location by Melenara beach is calm and not crowded like others we've tried. The nearby shops and cafes added convenience during our stay.

Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. The open kitchen had everything needed for meals including microwave and coffee machine, balcony seats were perfect to enjoy fresh air while listening to waves nearby.
