With a capacity for up to 5 guests, the 90 m² accommodation offers a comfortable atmosphere for families or small groups seeking both beach proximity and city convenience. The house features a private garden — a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sun and sea.
Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets (SPAR and HiperDino) just 100 meters away, a selection of restaurants including the popular "El Novillo Precoz" just around the corner, and scenic spots like Playa del Confital only 500 meters away. You’ll also find easy access to public transport with the Intercambiador Santa Catalina bus station 1 km away, and a golf course just 2 km from the house.

Would book again without hesitation. The comfortable seating area and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable after exploring Playa del Confital nearby. Kitchen utensils were all there, which saved time on meals. It felt cleaner than I thought it would be from photos alone.

Better than I expected for a place this close to the beach. We had plenty of space for five people and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private garden was great for morning coffee. Being so near supermarkets and bus stops made getting out simple.
