Could not be any better located. Fantastic host with great suggestions. Great restaurants all around and Teatro Massimo across the street. We walked to every location without a problem. Great communication and support.

Proximity to the theatre.
Uncomfortable bed. Having to run the gauntlet past restaurant touts in the road! Very annoying.

Newly renovated room. Location is amazing, 1min walk from Teatro Massimo and the main walking street, but not loud at all when balcony doors are closed - this was what we were afraid the most when booking. The host is friendly and helpful.
The water heater was leaking, which was a bit annoying because it was creating a puddle next to the sink and on the floor.
