Cocoonr Agency offers for rent, in Antibes, this charming air-conditioned duplex flat less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it features a lovely living room, fitted kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Mezzanine bathroom
The flat is ideally located in the old town of Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Transport:
The flat is located in the pedestrian zone of Old Antibes, making it impossible to reach by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are just 3-5 minutes away.
