À propos de cette location de vacances
The property, about 95 sqm, stands on the courtyard in a commanding position and takes its name from the ancient Benedictine convent that once stood where the small olive grove is now. The house is on one level and features double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, accessible both directly from outside and from the common entrance. Next to the entrance is a small built-in kitchen with sink, stovetop, and dishwasher. The fridge and oven are in the living/dining room. Surrounded by a park of centuries-old oaks, the property offers a panoramic terrace near the convent with wonderful valley views. The farmhouse has been renovated to welcome large families or groups of friends. Private comforts include Wi-Fi and a workspace.
The Agriturismo San Michele is located in the upper Maremma region of Tuscany, in an area characterized by medieval villages and surrounded by nature. The property is about 1.5 km from the town center of Boccheggiano, in the municipality of Montieri, near the provincial road connecting Follonica to Siena. The small rural complex of San Michele consists of six independent buildings set in greenery. The buildings are close to the swimming pool, which is located within a park of centuries-old oaks, and each accommodation has a large private space.
Additional information:
The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm, from June to September (opening periods may vary depending on weather conditions). A crib and high chair are available on request and subject to availability. Parking is available on site. Pets are allowed.
The kitchen is shared.

Beautiful Stay - Disappointing EndingWe spent a week and it was a peaceful and enjoyable. The location quiet, remote, and ideal for looking to unwind away from crowds. While it’s a bit far from shops, the calm and privacy make it worthwhile. Highlights Common garden was wonderful, peaceful, and well maintained. The pool was great and offered a refreshing escape. The rooms were spacious and new, comfortable mattresses and linens. The bathrooms were new too. Other guests were friendly and seemed to be seeking the same kind of quiet, relaxing getaway. Facilities The kitchen was oddly laid out but functional. The indoor dining area was small and quaint, and worked. The outdoor eating area assigned to our house, was not as nice and could use flowers and attention. The property listing should be more transparent. There is no living room, no television, and no air conditioning. The house stayed cool and comfortable without AC, so it wasn’t a problem—but it should still be clearly stated. Also, the owner lives on-site, which wasn’t mentioned and became a significant issue. The Disruption On August 15th, the owner's son hosted a party for friends. We were not informed, and the guests were intrusive, and helped themselves to our belongings. The peaceful atmosphere vanished. We felt uncomfortable enough to leave early. Very disappointing end to a lovely week. The lack of communication and transparency—particularly about the party - unacceptable.
