Located in the heart of Paris, this charming 28 m² apartment has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
Accommodating up to two people, it is ideal for a couple.

Located on the 4th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: fridge, TV, washing machine, microwave, fan, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is very quiet and close to everything, whether by transport or on foot.
It's ideally close to metro lines 1, 5, 7 and 8, and the RER A from Gare de Lyon.
For your everyday needs, you'll find a "Market Paris" supermarket just a 4-minute walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the city is famous, such as :

La Coulée Verte, or walkway are located near the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal.
