With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, this brilliant property offers a cozy stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and WiFi. The bathroom features a bathtub for a nice relaxing soak. We hope you enjoy what our place and Detroit has to offer. The house was built in the 1920 but has been fully renovated thoughtfully.The house has an outdoor patio area and plenty of non fenced backyard. Just a short walk to Southfield Michigan and a few minutes away from Royal oak, Detroit, zoo and other tourist attractions. 20 mins from Detroits beautiful downtown. Easy check in with a code provided give access to the property.

The house itself was very clean and well kept, although very old fashioned. The only exception was the bathtub, which was full of long black hairs (I'm blonde) and hair plugs in the tub and sink drains.The property itself was a bit of a yard sale disaster, with 15 chairs, 3 benches, 5 tables and a 15x10 storage unit fronting a pile of junk. The neighborhood was trashy and not conducive to dog-walking.Also, although I was promised the lawn would be mowed "in a couple weeks" the landlord declined to mow the entire SIX WEEKS I was there, despite my urgent entreaties at week 3. Pretty challenging with dogs.It is obvious the landlord cares for this home, but in my opinion, it is not quite ready for prime time given the neighborhood and the condition of the yard.
