Amazingly decorated apartment. We have never seen anything like it in all our travels. Each room has a different theme, and each has been decorated by a very talented artist. Chapeau!! The kids loved the dinosaur and Harry Potter room, as we adults were also incredibly impressed. The free underground car parking location is very convenient to the apartment, and then you can walk everywhere on foot from the apartment. In one direction you've got the castle and old town, and in the other you've got the pedestrian area of the newer town. We walked a lot. Carcassonne is an extremely pretty town.

There's quite a bit of street noise at times due to the location beside a main road, but if you close the window or use earplugs, it's fine.

Excellent location and plenty of room.

Lack of air conditioning and no lift. Would not have been such a problem but the temperatures were in the low 30s and we had to keep the windows open just to survive. This meant there was a lot of road noise.
