Location was outstanding, right in the heart of Shinjuku but still very quiet and safe. The room had everything we needed for a short stay.
Room is quite small, but that wasn't a problem for us for a short stay, and the facilities were made very clear in the property description.

台所の備品、掃除機、アイロンと揃ってたので、良かった。
大きなベッドの他に、ソファーベッドもあり、5人でゆったり休むことができた。
玄関がわかりづらくて、なかなか入れなかった。
トイレ、洗面所、お風呂が一緒。
洗濯物を干すのが、壊れてた。

This place worked great for my daughters and me. It has a small kitchen to store snacks, enough room to not feel crammed, and the beds were comfortable. The host was very kind when the taxi dropped us off at the wrong spot initially. I was greatly they answered their text so quickly - excellent customer service! The train station is easy walking distance. Great spot for our trip!
A guide in multiple languages for the AC would have been helpful. Other than that, it was perfect!

The location is excellent and the room is quiet.
The room lacks ventilation and hence a still damp smell, you need to keep the door open for freshness.
They should add windows that could be opened and have flyscreen.
