It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Owner was lovely.

Low ceilings, this isn’t anything to do with owners etc...

Lovely accommodation of a decent size with everything you could wish for supplied clean and ready to use. Parking was ample and surfboard & wetsuit storage a great addition. Within a short walk of pubs restaurants and supermarket Overall a great base for exploring coastal, beach & surf locations in North Devon

TV channels selection was a little difficult

It was spacious all facilities were in place it was clean albeit two dead flies found behind side cabinet in bedroom

We felt it needed upgrading the Lino floor in the kitchen was worn badly. The carpet in the hall that leads to the bathroom was worn and needs replacing or repairing . The furniture needs updating looking old. No fault of the owner re this comment but the flat smells of smoke I expect from neighbour but as were non smokers it wasn’t pleasant.
