Host was friendly and cooperative. Room was spacious and well located. Close to a big supermarket and some nice local trattorias.
There was an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom.
The bar downstairs gets noisy late at night.

- Apartment like new, clean, modern and super complete
- They let me enter before check-in time
- Supermarket very close
- The lake
- The cocktail bar downstairs (Il Movente) open daily until 05:00 am! Every night the street was full of people making a lot of noise and scandal, impossible to sleep!!!
- Construction work all day long, right in front the house. Trucks, noise... very annoying
- The shower is a little small
- First floor but no elevator
