Welcome to this modern, 35-square-meter studio apartment. It’s very bright and quiet thanks to its location on the first floor of an inner courtyard in the building at Corso Genova 21.
Whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple,
this apartment offers all the comforts and nearby amenities you need for an unforgettable stay.
You’ll be just a short walk from the charming Navigli canals, the Colonne di San Lorenzo, and Via Tortona, famous for the Fuorisalone and Fashion Week.
In addition, the Duomo is a 15-minute walk away.
You can reach the apartment from the Porta Genova stop (green metro line) and the De Amicis stop (blue metro line) in just a 4-minute walk.
Self-check-in is available for greater flexibility upon arrival, but I’ll always be immediately reachable via the platform’s messaging system for any needs you may have.
Your safety is important to me, which is why the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled devices such as a smoke detector,
carbon monoxide and gas detectors,
a powder fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.
The apartment features air conditioning,
independent heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need (cookware, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc.) to prepare lunch or dinner.
There is a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax while watching a large TV with a Netflix account.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, a bidet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine for doing laundry during your stay.
Sheets and towels will be provided for a worry-free experience.
There are various amenities in the area, such as shops, supermarkets, cafes, and dry cleaners.
Are you traveling by car?
We are located within Area C, which is in effect Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
It is not in effect on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you’d like, you can park in several private paid parking lots very close to the apartment, such as the parking lot at the Porta Genova station (outside Area C), which offers hourly and daily rates.
